Internet Down and NO answer on their service line, NO reply to emails sent.

Not a customer FIRST company, since the buyout their quality of customer service is gone.

While it may be something as easy to repair or replace as their router, I guess you are hostage to their whims and schedule.

Called several times on Saturday am and afternoon to report the outage with no response or answered phones, emailed their email address several times as well

No service no payment, I will deduct the 2-3 days off the bill, but I am sure they will sue me for their money.

Time to look elsewhere for an internet company !

If you are thinking of using Integra Telecom, Look elsewhere, there are plenty of suppliers looking to take care of their customers.

Slow service, contracts and fees galore!

Stay away from this company if you value your company. Allstream offers slow service, outages, contracts and fees galore.

The only reason to get their services, is if you cannot find anything else, and I mean anything else. Don't do business with this company! You'll be forced to sign a 3 year contract that auto-renews if you don't provide a written letter to cancel, then they keep charging you after as long as possible until you write another letter to cancel services. Then they'll even charge you more fees to cancel their services.

When I went to college for IT, they taught me that T3 service is 54mbps but these guys will pair 2 T1 lines together (3mbps) and call it a T3.

Additionally, we've had outages that last most of the day and they might credit you $20 if you are lucky. Customer service is non-existent at AllStream!

My credit card on file expired and they shut off service without any notification and when I gave them the new card # they wanted to charge $ 30.00, so they lost a customer of $30.00 fee they could have easily waved and the 2 different women I spoke to were rude about it. Outage of all my phone lines going on 36 hrs.

of course its easy to blame centurylink for problems, we just got word that after almost 36 hrs. of no solution, there is a water main leak which is shorting out centurylinks wiring. i guess that means they just showed up and found out. this is amazing. so i can port all my numbers to cox, which has phones that work but guess what, your under contract so there would be an early termination fee. so my option is to close my business until they can be fixed. oh wait solution number 3, lets forward all 80 to a cell phone, 24 hrs later and guess what, that didnt work either, after 30 hrs of phones i finally got them forwarded. i just sat on the phone for 20 minutes on hold and was told all my managers are gone for the day. its 3:30 pm . this is the worst company, service i have ever seen in my life. you suck integra, allstream, electric lightwave. whatever name you wanna be today

I was rudely treated and threatened by Cheryl in the collections department. I have been a long time customer, and had a payment groove that was Kosher with my old rep Kristi. New rep, Cheryl sent me scathing, rude email...basically resetting the agreement we had prematurely and unfairly. I am happy to supply a copy of this unacceptable correspondence. I have left negative reviews everywhere possible, and will share with everyone i can engage what a schlock operation you have become.

Horrible service

My internet or phone doesn't work. I am a business i was push to be close for the weekend. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Loading more than 5 thousand dollars on sales. They call me today Monday yo tell me they won't be able to fix it today because the company doesn't have enough technicians to help. Those where the words of the person I spoke with. not my problem sorry. I pay for a service. My landlord is not going to give me free rent cause you gaudy don't have people. My employees have to get pay and also my I distance and many other expenses have to be pay. You need to give the service I am paying for if you don't count with employees it's not my problem. I am changing companies soon.

Integra Communications PHX. AZ Terrible

Stolen money from our company. Done purposly and without any reason for cause. We had PRI circuit which is 23 circuits with 40 numbers. For months our 3rd call would roll over to a recording that said this number has been disconnected. I called constantly to get them to repair the problem. At one point 10 days into the emergency there was a snow storm or some sort of weather condition out of state according to the tech at Integraless and he stated that this was a priority and that even though my issue was well before the weather I was put in the back of their que behind the people affected by the storm. It is one thing to lie or misrepresent but it is quite another to intentially decieve. I have owned a company here in Phoenix 20 years before this company even opened their doors and I have never had an issue that resulted in a complaint to the BBB. It is one thing to have hundreds if not thousands of complaints that the BBB resolves because they wan that subscription money rolling in verses never having a complaint. President Telco Ltd.

Tried to get my phone rates to what they promised, which was that the bill would not exceed $100 a month. Didn't happen. So I recently switched to a different phone company. Integra never vocalizes there policy on termination fees and hides them in the agreement and frankly, who reads all of the minutia in this contractual society. So once Integra learned of my American right to freely choose a better service they sent me a bill for an early termination fee of near $3000. To me, an artist, $3000 is all the money in the world. Who are these people? When did American business get to the point where freedom of choice is monetarily punished.

Rip off on Integra phone service

I signed a contract for phone service because they were giving huge discounts and bonuses for converting over. NONE of it showed up on my bill and when confronted, they told me the service guy was wrong on his quote. I cancelled the service and they sent me a bill for thousands $$$$. I reconnected and when the contract expired I changed to Comcast. They would only port one number and kept sending me a bill. I didn't pay it for months until I found out they did not port the number, so I payed for two companies with same number. Meanwhile I'm paying $71/mo for a phone that is forwarded to my new business location. They won't lower price for just forwarding so I port the number over again with a different company. 3 months later I am still receiving bills. Finally, after adding ridiculous amounts I was able to get rid of them for an additional $150. Best money I ever spent. GOODBYE FOREVER!

Integra Telecom - Internet Service Review

As a customer of Integra " telecon" i can tell you their Integrity is not a part of their business plan or customer service policies. Each time a problem with our connection occured ( quite frequently) they always tried to blame ut on something other than their connection sending me calling and trying everything else while the service didnt work until I exhausted all other avenues then thet finally showed up to solve the problems. Now closed my business and attempted to discontinue my service and although the business is gone amd there is no longer any income stream they insist on charging for the rest of their contract. This is something in the communications industry which has gotten other companies a negative rating and in today's standards put them in a bad position. If they are going to continue with these practices they can expect the same. So, as of now I cannot recommend anybody do business with them.

internet down for 4 days cant get it fixed they don't care about there customers sad they suck there routers are junk they people working there are rude there service is slow crashes all the time cant watch eny videos stops working when on face book have to reset router at least 1 time a week and when it does work I can only get 1.05 up load speed and less on down load don't ever use this company they will jack you this same thing happens every 6 months last time this happened they try to blame country links lines because they are to small of a company to have there owen lines just like last time century link ck every thing out and it appears to be there junk router again this will be my 4th router in to 3 yrs sad the last time I went threw this it was there router and they tried to charge me for a service call or sighn a 1yr contract so I did that and now we are past that I wont let them due that again iot is time to step up to Comcast for less money on top of it all and 50 times faster internet

Beware of Additional Fees

I have had to use them for over ten years. Over the last 3-4 there has been a significant deterioration of their service and an increase if fees. E.g. they recently got a reduction in expenses and declined to pass this along to the consumer. They charged me about 70 $/month for one line that I only used for an alarm link. They give you a few bucks off if you use their paperless billing however their site not user friendly. I do plenty of online billing payments and theirs is one of the worse. I called to stop service and they forced me to send it in writing. Furthermore, they "require" a month of additional billing before stopping (obviously to me there is no service but they charge anyway) and they add a surcharge to disconnect. I would not use them again nor would I advise anyone to work with them.

I slid my business on March 1. I was no longer on contract but had been paying monthly by automatic billing to my credit card. My office manager called all of the auto pay vendors and informed them of the sale , and gave each of them the new owners contact info. There were no more charges on my credit card, however In Aug. I get a threatening letter stating I was being sent to collections for an unpaid balance that had been refused by my credit card company? The womN i dealt with in collections was AWFUL!!!!! What a scam!!! They claimed they had no record of notification, but don't they record all calls.

We were ripped off for over $10,000

Integra Telecom ripped us off for over $10,000 ~ they forced us to pay the entire term of the contract, not just one additional month. Integra Telecom refused to work with us! We sent a certified letter to Integra Telecom requesting cooperation and negotiation which they ignored. We had our CEO call to negotiate, Integra Telecom refused. We had our Director of Operations call to negotiate, Integra Telecom refused. Finally, we asked if we could re-open the contract but Integra Telecom stated NO, they were too upset with US for not wanting to pay them over $10,000 for nothing. We are a non-profit organization and cannot afford this kind of a hit. It literally takes food out of the mouths of children. We will be filing multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection Agency, Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General, among others. We encourage all of you to do the same!

Stay away from Integra Telecom

Our small business broadband internet service through Integra was slow and spotty. Sometimes it would go down for no reason. We inquired about options. Only options was to put up with their slow, intermittent internet or sign a new contract for Ethernet over copper. The latter was twice the price per month along with a $350 SETUP FEE. I could not afford the Ethernet product but couldn't very well put up with the broadband service either. I had no options with this Company. They would not let me get out of the contact and unfairly charged me contract fees for *** service.

Do not sign a contract with this company, they will change the terms, not deliver on their promises and have horrible salespeople and "support". We asked for a 2 year contract and were signed up for 3. They want an exorbitant amount of money to let us out of a contract that we did not want. When you call customer service magically the person you need to speak with is not there and they do not get back with you. Stay away from this terrible company, why settle for this when there are many that are better. I'm honestly surprised they are still in business with their reputation and the way they treat their customers.
