As of July 1, 2015 this Co. began to assess a $12.50 plus tax "account maintenance fee" to every customer who does not participate in auto-account-deduction. They ignore dispute LETTERS and phone calls.

No forewarning of such a charge was received. No chance to "opt-out".

Many merchants have a greatly fluctuating bank account so auto deduct is too risky. Why does Integra not provide an option for customers in good standing or with a great credit score? This could have been handled very differently.

Gravy money for these folks...and a lot of it!

Integra Telecom, I give you a negative 4-star rating over this issue.

Monetary Loss: $30.

I liked: All was well until this issue arose.

I didn't like: Being ignored after writing dispute letters.
